When I began recruiting for Spring Weeks in 2021, I had no clue how to approach interviews. Before my first interview of the season with Evercore, I had a mock interview and it was clear how much there was to learn. Since then, I have completed over 60 interviews and secured 15+ Spring Week and Internship offers. So far, I have delivered over 10 mock interviews with 70% of interviewees securing the respective or similar offer.
Whether you have an upcoming interview or you simply want to hone your interview technique, mock interviews are the #1 method to improving your success rate. Many candidates are either unsure about how to approach an interview, or feel confident in their abilities yet fail to pass most interview stages. Through a mock interview, you can learn the fundamentals of interview technique, pick up on your mistakes, and ultimately land yourself your dream job.
Mock interviews will last at least 1 hour and typically include ~30 minutes of mock interview followed by ~30 minutes of feedback/advice, as well as post-mock support for any follow-up questions you might have leading up to your interview. Mock interviews cost £25.
